Yay!!! obama is the new US president!! well, i feel that it is good because america needs a change. Obama is a change because firstly he is the first black president, the youngest US president and a democrat unlike all his predecessors who were republicans. He will go down in history:) HOPEFULLY, he can pull us all through the financial crisis.

Today was the last day of school...haiz... i will miss two prudence man! thank you 2pr for making this the best year for me... we have been through good times, bad times, happy times and fun times together as a class:) we have been through thick and thin together...i will miss you guys alot alot.:( we are a SPECIAL class:) I LOVE YOU,TWO PRUDENCE!!!

saturday was uber fun!!!! we won the "most united" award:) well done 2pr!!!! i feel sad cos like it is our last dance together... and this year i feel that we are the best class in terms of class spiritness.we had many fun times together!!!!:)i have made many friends throughout this year...this year is the best year in my life so far...many teachers have been saying this year's 2pr is very different...(in a good way) I LOVE YOU,2pr!!! :)

I feel like crying

cos life is so unfair... why do some people need not work so hard while others slog like shit and they get the same or even worse marks than those who need not slog like us?! LIFE IS SO FREAKIN UNFAIR!!! wth. i am damn disappointed with my marks and myself mans... why cant i get what i want after slogging like crazy? DAMMIT!!!:( why cant the people who work hard get rewarded as well?!

Are we all Racist?

a movie that ms leong showed us today during CE got me thinking. Are we all racist somewhere deep down inside our hearts? do we discriminate other races and think that our race is the best? do we look down on other people culturally different from us? although our country seems to be united and the fact that we celebrate racial harmony day, doesnt mean that racism is totally erased from our hearts. remember the maria hertogh riots that happened on 11th december 1950? or the fact that many contries still have a racial divide? especially america? have you thought that america, despite being a first class contry and all that, still has a very distinct racial line between the whites and blacks? think about it, people! we need to understand our differences and come togther as one!we need to be aware of the other races needs and understand them better.people still suffer from racism, some even lose their lives because of this. Do you DENY the fact that you could possibly be racist even if you say you arent? Think about it!:)

hey people! we played captain's ball today! it was sooo fun! we won some , lost one and tied one. unlike some people who cannot stand losing, we could! So, we then had some bhangra dance thingy as it is health month . The dance was uber- cool! so fun! i am gonna do it again next week!!!!!!! RUTH LEE, you must join in too!!!!!!:) and after that , we had CE. we watched a show about racism in america... it was interesting!:) i now feel so tired and my nose is KILLING me!!!!!!!SO PISSING! i have to do my science notes now!!! time is ticking

okay,sorry for not posting for half a year. i was lazy.:( see my cute nephew above?:) alot of things have been going through my mind recently. what i thought was not true came true. sometimes the unexpected happens and the expected does not happen...(quote from ruth!) anyway, this half a year has been fulfilling although i can say i would like to change some parts of it. we changed seats(now sitting beside ruth and ariel), i went on holidays, made through the second horrible annual camp, made my friends angry,strayed away from some, then became friends again. it is kinda hard to say what my mind is thinking right now. everything has changed, i feel. work is getting more and more, the dreaded EOYS are coming and i am TAKING a Break to write this post but my heart wants to go out!!!!!.but i cant as EOYS are very very near... i want to wear contacts!!!:) ncc has been fulfilling. i have 9 juniors! can you believe it? only nine juniors...:( time has flew by very fast...it seems like just yesterday when i came bak from the june holidays....this year has gone by too fast...so many things left undone. i hope to do everything that i want to do by the end of this year. Oh yea, ruying i will pass you your letter by thursday, i SWEAR/PROMISE. i lost the other one ,so i have to rewrite again... so tired...want to sleep...

Hello everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right! i am very tired now...The first week of school was very busy, getting to know new teachers,knowing new people(most of them were in my class before),busy with orientation preparations, dealing with changes in our school stuff and basically just with the new school year. Time flies by so fast! IT seems to me that i was just Sec One yesterday! Seeing and having juniors needs getting used to! Finally not the youngest in the secondary school. Loooking at them during orientation brings back memories of my own orientation experience. it just seems so weird!--" hee hee! It feels good having juniors! And YAY! We have 22(or is it 21)signups for ncc! YAY! I am so delighted!Now, instead of doing english and literature seperately, they are combined into one known as Language Arts. they are interrelated according to my teacher. Yuppies! having a headache now ! bye!
